Gervais is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of
Notre Dame, a Fellow of the Kellogg Institute for International
Studies, and a Special Sworn Status Consultant for the U.S. Census
Bureau. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics from the University of
Maryland (College Park), a M.A. degree in Economics from the
University of Toronto, and a B.A. degree in business from the
University du Quebec a Montreal.
