What paperwork do I need to bring?
This will depend on what you intend on doing.
If you are preparing for Freshman Orientation and have applied for a national scholarship CLICK HERE..
If you plan on attending Freshman Orientation but applying for a scholarship at a later date CLICK HERE.
If you are a sophmore planning on attending The Leader Training Course (LTC) this summer CLICK HERE.

The following forms are needed for students wanting to start the enrollment process:
CC Form 139-R (fill out pages 1 and 2 electronically then print)
DA Form 3425-R (this allows you to participate in the physical fitness program)
CC Form 137-R-E (Part one must be signed to access your transcripts)
