Ranger Challenge

The Ranger Challenge is an opportunity for cadets to compete against other ROTC battalions from different universities within our brigade in weekend-long competition held each fall. Cadets volunteer for extra training on physical fitness, teambuilding, and tactical skills such as rifle marksmanship, foot marching, obstacle course training, resupply missions, land navigation, grenade assault course training, and more.

Brigade-level winners earn the opportunity to advance to a national competition (in the spring) at the US Military Academy at West Point. That competition includes ROTC regional champions and Ranger teams from the US Military Academy and The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in England.
