Midwest Relativity Meeting 2008
Accommodations:A limited number of rooms are being held at the Morris Inn directly across the street from the conference center. The conference rates for the rooms are $132.00 plus tax for one person in a room and $152.00 plus tax for two people in a room. The rates include breakfast off the menu in the Hotel Restaurant. Call the hotel directly to make reservations at 574-631-2000 and mention the group number 4880 or the Midwest Relativity meeting.A less expensive block of rooms is being held at the Waterford Estates Lodge, approximately 2 km north of campus. The Lodge will provide shuttle service to and from the conference and also to and from South Bend Regional Airport upon prior arrangement. To make reservations call the Lodge at 877-783-8496. These blocks will be held until September 23, 2008. After that date, room availability cannot be guaranteed. |
