At the Infant Studies Lab, we are interested in how infants and children learn, and particularly in the kinds of learning mechanisms that allow them to discover meaningful patterns in their environments. We are particularly interested in language development, as it is an extremely complex pattern that they begin to learn about as early as they can hear.
