Applied Multimedia

Notre Dame mark

Spring 2014

"Applied Multimedia" (CAPP 30523) is about using media in the real world. Students create projects with sound, images, and video while developing a blog-based website. At the same time they learn how to critique multimedia content. The goal is to explore ways media are used to communicate information and solve problems. Students use critical thinking skills to evaluate existing media for content, aesthetics, functionality, and usability.

The course is taught by G. Christopher Clark and Paul Turner through the Computer Applications Program (CAPP) at the University of Notre Dame.
