Our consultants will contact you to schedule an appointment to troubleshoot the issue. To expedite the solution, please describe your problem and add relevant information such as the name and location of the computer, the command you type or icon you click, and any error message you get.
Student consultants are also available in the cluster. They wear yellow shirts and have a CONSULTANT sign on their desk. They are available to help at certain hours during the Spring and Fall semesters:
Sunday - Thursday: 12PM-12AM
If the issue is truly urgent, there are two options:
1. Phone our help desk line at 631-0101
2. Use the word "URGENT" in the subject line of your email to firstname.lastname@example.org
