What is the Truman Scholarship?
Provides college juniors who are committed to careers in government, the non-profit or advocacy sectors, education or elsewhere in public service with the financial support for graduate study, leadership training and fellowship with other students who are committed to making a difference through public service. The scholarship is a $26,000 merit-based federal grant for graduate or professional school. Requires university endorsement.
