The leadership teams exist to help in planning regular events for the ISI community and to provide focused efforts on particular aspects of the overall ministry's goals.They are responsible for much of the behind the scenes work that keeps ISI up and running. Get to know these awesome individuals!

Logistics

The logistics leader is responsible for ensuring all of the logistics for SAO, retreat, and concession stand are taken care of.

Talks

This team is responsible for coordinating the talks at Thursday night meetings. This includes planning the schedule of who is talking each week and helping provide direction and feedback on the talks.

Worship

This team is responsible for leading worship every week at ISI, as well as organizing worship nights throughout the semester. Be sure to contact them if you would like to either sing or play an instrument with them!

Internal Service

This team is responsible for coordinating internal service opportunities within the community. This includes heading up all of the logistical responsibilities for Thursday nights.

Small Group

This team is responsible for overseeing small groups. This includes ensuring each small group is running smoothly and mentoring the small group leaders.

Outreach

This team is responsible for overseeing the Freshman ministry and for planning any outreach and social events for the community
