FOOTBALL PRACTICE: Report to Xavier, Ryan, or Sean at the player entrance to the Gug. Wear athletic clothes, preferably Adidas. If you do not get out of class until after the report time, report directly to the practice fields or Loftus, depending on the weather. Remember to dress for the weather – wear warm clothes if it is cold outside.
*FOOBALL CONDITIONING: Report to Xavier, Sean, or Ryan at the glass door entrance to Loftus. Wear athletic clothes, preferably Adidas. NO JEANS.
*LOCKER ROOM: Report to Sean at the player entrance to the Gug.
*FOOTBALL OFFICE: Report to Dave or Kathryn at the main
entrance of the Gug (entrance that faces the back of Jordan and Rolfs).

MEN’S BASKETBALL: Report to Erin or Sara or Jamie or Pat outside of the basketball office (inside Gate 2 of the JACC). For practices, wear athletic clothes, preferably Adidas. For games, wear khakis and polo if NOT indicated with **. Wear a suit or the equivalent for girls if indicated with ** for games.
WOMEN’S BASKETBALL: Report to Brian or Stephen at the Women's Basketball office inside Gate 1 of the JACC. If you are late, please go to the pit or arena. Please note the location next to the time on the schedule. Wear Adidas or ND athletic gear, but nothing with other sports on it other than ND (Women’s) Basketball. **Wear a suit or the equivalent for girls if indicated for games.
MEN’S SOCCER: Report to Aryelle at front entrance of Alumni Stadium. Wear blue Adidas polo, gear and dress for the weather. Please check www.weather.com before you report to know what kind of clothes you will need for the game.
WOMEN’S SOCCER: Report to Aaron at Alumni Stadium. Wear blue Adidas polo.
MEN’S LACROSSE: Report to Lizzie by the glass doors at Loftus or inside Arlotta Stadium. Wear athletic clothes, preferably Adidas, and dress for the weather. For indicated games/scrimmages, wear khakis and polo.
WOMEN’S LACROSSE: For practice, report to Pat or Jody at the front entrance to Arlotta Stadium and wear athletic clothes, preferably Adidas. For designated games, report to Jody or Pat inside Arlotta Stadium wearing khaki pants and issued, blue polo.
HOCKEY: Report to Mike or Matt at the hockey office inside Gate 3 of the JACC. Wear athletic clothes, preferably Adidas. For indicated games, wear khakis and polo.
WOMEN’S TENNIS: Report to Dave or Tanner at the Eck Tennis Pavilion. Sophomores, wear your manager polo and khaki shorts or pants. Freshmen, wear ND or Adidas gear. Shifts will last 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Eck Tennis Pavilion call David at 214-223-5601 or Tanner at 214-493-2243.
MEN’S TENNIS: Report to Connor or Tommy at the Eck Tennis Pavilion. Wear your manager polo and khaki shorts or pants. Depending on the weather, you could be inside or outside.
SOFTBALL: Report to John or Sean to the third base dugout of Melissa Cook Stadium. Wear ND (non-football) gear, preferably Adidas.
BASEBALL: Report to Kelley or Joey at the third base line of the baseball stadium. For practice, wear ND/adidas practice gear. For indicated games, wear ND or Adidas gear and report to the Eck baseball stadium. Be sure to dress for the weather; you will be outside.
MEN’S AND WOMEN’S SWIMMING: Report to Kristen or Stephen in the glass classroom inside the pool inside Gate 5 of the JACC. Wear polo, khaki shorts, and sandals. If it’s cold, wear pants and real shoes on your way over there and change into shorts/sandals when you get there.
TRACK AND FIELD: Report to Mike or Allegra at the left most bleachers when one enters Loftus. Wear polo with khakis, but dress warmly because it sometimes gets chilly in Loftus. No football related clothing.
