Qualtrics
	The Qualtrics survey software is considered "the easiest, most sophisticated survey software in the world," the product's mantra is "easy enough for an intern, sophisticated enough for a Ph.D." The Qualtrics software is a hosted solution for web-based data collection. It provides companies with a research program comprised of a: • survey construction tool, • a comprehensive distribution tool, and • several results/analysis tools.
	Usage Policy
	Utilization of this software requires that all data collection be approved by the Human Subjects Internal Review Board (HSIRB) and in accordance with The University of Notre Dame's Information Security Policy.
	Users must first register before they can use the Qualtrics survey software. The survey tool administrator will be notified that you have registered. To use the tool your registration must be authorized by the administrator, this policy prevents unauthorized access.
