Asst. Prof. Wan Sik Hwang, Korea Aerospace University, will spend 5 weeks winter/spring 2016 at Notre Dame performing research for FET and flexible devices using thin single crystals.
Prof. Trond Ytterdal, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, will spend the spring 2016 semester at Notre Dame where he will co-teach the graduate analog IC design course and develop tunnel FET circuits and device models.
Prof. Angel Absuleme, from the Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile is visiting from February through April to work on circuits and systems using tunnel field-effect transistors and emerging device technologies.
