November 5 - 7, 2004 Citizens & Disciples is an interactive conference on community-based learning in the context of faith. This conference is an opportunity for representatives from faith-related colleges and universities to gather, reflect and analyze the integration of service learning and Catholic social teaching in a workshop setting. Attendees will have ample opportunity to share their experiences in a small group settings. Discussion themes: This conference is sponsored by the University of Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns and the Andrews McMeel Foundation. Agenda in brief Welcome Address: Rev. Theodore M. Hesburgh, C.S.C., President Emeritus, University of Notre Dame, winner of many honorary degrees and the Congregational Medal of Honor.
