Verifications and Enrollment Certifications
The University of Notre Dame reports student status on a regularly scheduled basis to the National Student Clearinghouse. The Clearinghouse will, in turn, notify all federal lenders of student status throughout the semester. This is an automatic process which does not require student notification. Students who wish to have loan deferment forms completed and returned to their lender may send or bring the forms to the Office of the Registrar, 300 Grace Hall.
Current students can print enrollment verifications from insideND. Students can go to their Student Academic Tab in the Student Services Channel to find the link titled "Enrollment Verification". They will click on this link and follow the prompts. Students can print a verification for the current semester or for all semesters they have attended.
Verification request forms are available in pdf format, and are also available in the Office of the Registrar, 300 Grace Hall. The form can be faxed to 574-631-3865 or 574-631-5872. The form can also be scanned and sent as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
