Group Organizer Instructions

Notre Dame Vision changed and is still changing my life. It helped me to realize that I’m not alone in my struggles and in my faith journey. It allowed me to open myself to God’s will in my life and to see how I can use my gifts for Him. Even though I continue to struggle with my own crosses, I will always remember that my true self is in Christ and that I was able to express that fully during Notre Dame Vision.

Vision Participant

Students who apply as part of a group of 5 or more receive a $25 discount. Please refer to the section below for instructions for applying online or by paper application; for individuals or groups. How do I apply? Individual Applicants Fill out an application and submit your $100 deposit by credit card online. Both a completed application and the $100 deposit are necessary for your spot to be reserved. Pay your registration fee by credit card online, either with or following the submission of your application and deposit. For applications submitted on or before April 6, 2013: $325/person (Not including $100 deposit) For applications submitted between April 7 and May 18, 2013: $350/person (Not including $100 deposit) Group Applicants (5 or more applying together) Designate one “Group Organizer” who will serve as the only contact person for your group. Group Organizers must complete the Group Organizer Info Form. Group Organizers submit these items: Group Organizer Information form, one application for each member of the group, and deposit payment for the entire group ($100 x number of group members). Pay the group’s registration fee by credit card online at the Notre Dame Vision Store. For group applications submitted on or before April 6, 2013: $300/person (Not including $100 deposit) For group applications submitted between April 7 and May 18, 2013: $325/person (Not including $100 deposit) Registration fees cover all program activities, meals, conference notebook, t-shirt, and more! Should individual applicants or groups prefer to submit paper applications and pay deposits and/or registration fees by check, please download the forms available above and mail them to the Notre Dame Vision office. What are the Deadlines? PDF forms can be downloaded above. Please submit application forms with at least a $100 deposit, if not the entire registration fee.

Make checks payable to “Notre Dame Vision” and include the applicant’s name on the check itself. If one check will be submitted for multiple individual applicants, please include a separate list of applicants’ names for whom the check is intended.

Applications submitted without deposits cannot be processed, and therefore spots are not reserved.
