SMC responds to DOE complaint
Saint Mary's reporting procedure on sexual assaults is under review by the Department of Education (DOE) due to a complaint issued by the watchdog organization Security on Campus (SOC). The complaint filed against Saint Mary's on May 13, 2001 alleged inadequate compliance with the Jeanne Clery act, according to the text of the complaint.
