Trip to Auschwitz awakens Notre Dame students
Several Notre Dame students and faculty members recently traveled outside the cocoon of everyday life on campus to revisit the horrors of the Holocaust. The group, organized by Notre Dame theology professor Rabbi Michael Signer, attended a 10-day conference at the most notorious Nazi death camp, Auschwitz, in Poland.
