Voter turnout low among 18 to 24-year olds

      Every November, Americans get to decide who their leaders will be on local, state and national levels. But most 18 to 24-year olds don't seem to care. In fact, 68 percent of Americans in that age bracket chose not to cast their ballots during the last presidential election in 1996. Percentages are even lower in non-presidential years.
