Accused sex offender sues University

      A suit filed last month against the University could allow a Notre Dame student suspended this fall for an alleged sexual assault of another student to return to campus next week. A St. Joseph County judge is expected to rule this week whether to grant a preliminary injunction that would temporarily lift the University's two-year suspension of junior Ryan Hoadley.
