Research Facilities
The Hall Optoelectronics Research Group of Notre Dame is constantly expanding its research capabilities. Facilities include numerous hardware and software components for optical analyisis and characterization. We also operate a III-V compound semiconductor wet-thermal oxidation system in Notre Dame's nanofabrication laboratory.
