Activities Night 2014

Stay tuned for more information on Activities Night 2014. The date for Activities Night 2014 will be Tuesday September 2, 2014.

Activities Night, sponsored by the Student Activities Office, is an annual event open for students interested in joining one or more of our 300+ undergraduate clubs and organizations at Notre Dame. These groups include academic, athletic, cultural, performing arts, social service and special interest clubs, student government organizations, businesses and media groups. Special guests from the Notre Dame community will also be in attendance. Recognized student groups sign-up to participate in Activities Night during Group Registration.

Maximizing Activities Night

All clubs and organizations know that Activities Night is one of the best ways to generate interest, but not everyone knows how to market their group so that those who signed up show up to the first meeting. Join us in this session as we talk about ways to catch the attention of potential members at Activities Night, how to retain your members after Activities Night, marketing efforts outside of Activities Night, and the web resources you can use to let everyone know how great your group is

Thursday August 28 at 5:30pm in Notre Dame Room (2nd Floor of LaFortune)

Date and Location

Activities Night 2014 will be held Tuesday, September 2 from 7 to 9 p.m. Undergraduate clubs, student organizations, and campus partners will be located in the Joyce Center Fieldhouse (north dome). These participants will enter at Gate 3 (near Jordan Hall of Science).

Community partners will be located in Heritage Hall (2nd floor of Joyce Center.) These participants will enter at Gate 6 (near the loading dock across from Alumni Stadium.) There is access to a loading elevator if necessary.

Table Assignments

Instructions specific to each group will be emailed prior to Activities Night. Table assignments can be found here and will also be available at Activities Night check-in. Due to extremely limited space, Clubs will only be allocated one table and University Departments can receive up to two tables based on a review of the space and need.

Loading

Any student group loading in materials for Activities Night will need to use Gate 3 (near Jordan Hall of Science) and community service agencies can load in at Gate 6 (near the loading dock across from Alumni Stadium) to get to Heritage Hall on the 2nd floor of the Joyce Center.

All vehicles MUST be relocated to the C1 Lot south of the Joyce Center for the duration of the event.
