I am an applied scientist at Microsoft Research Redmond. My research focuses on social networks, data mining, and computational social science, with an emphasis on applying computational models to addressing problems in large-scale networked systems, such as Microsoft Academic Graph (MAG), online social media, and mobile communication.
I was a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Prof. Nitesh V. Chawla in the Interdisciplinary Center for Network Science and Applications (iCeNSA) at the University of Notre Dame. I have also worked with Prof. Jie Tang at Tsinghua University and interned at Microsoft Research, IBM Research, and Army Research Lab. More information can be found on my LinkedIn profile.
