NOTE:

The D final modes (Dorian and Hypodorian) are known as the Protus modes.

The E final modes (Phrygian and Hypophrygian) are known as the Deuterus modes.

The F final modes (Lydian and Hypolydian) are known as the Tritus modes.

The G final modes (Mixolydian and Hypomixolydian) are known as the Tetrardus modes.
