The on-line videos for flow past a sphere are given belows. The first presents the results using the classic axisymmetric streamfunction approach described in the notes, while the second derives the same result (in more detail, actually) using index notation and harmonic functions described in the notes emailed to you earlier. The latter approach is far more general, and is the method which would be used to solve more complicated creeping flow problems.
