One of my fantasies is to have a view from my back window of
spectacular astronomical objects like the ones in these animations.
Well, I've resigned myself to the fact that it's not going to happen,
though if anyone from a spacefaring race or future Terrans happen to
see this, I'd love to go along for the ride. I got these animations
from
HEASARC, the High Energy Astrophysics Science Archive Research
Center. They had the individual frames available, so I assembled them
into animated GIFs using GIF Construction Set from
Alchemy Mindworks.
