Dr. Hong Guo studies emerging phenomena in IT and firms’ corresponding strategies. Her research projects range across various domains such as mobile platforms, digital games, net neutrality, public safety networks, product review systems, etc. In these projects, she has utilized a mixture of different research methodologies including analytical modeling, data mining/machine learning, and simulations.
