Exams may be made up only with an excused absence from the Associate
Vice President for Resident Life. Conflicts with exams in other
courses must be resolved during the first week of classes.

HOMEWORK/QUIZZES: Homework and/or quizzes will be given on a regular
basis at the discretion of your professor.

COMPUTER ASSIGNMENTS: You will be expected to do three assignments
using Mathematica on the Macintoshes or Sun workstations in CCMB
210 or any other lab that has the appropriate software. The assignments
can be found in the course directory and must be prepared using 
Mathematica. Each assignment is worth 25 points.

GRADES:  Grades will be based on a total of 600 points broken down as follows:

    Exam I--III          3 @ 100 = 300
    Final                        = 150
    Homework/Quizzes             =  75
    Computer Assignments 3 @  25 =  75
