PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION
Speakers for talks will be selected from submitted abstracts.
Abstracts must be received by Friday, March 31, 2023. Selected speakers will be
notified on or before April 10, 2023.

Please use the following guidelines while preparing your abstract:
1. Times 12 point font.
2. One inch margins on all sides.
3. Be certain to include the following information:
- Author(s) -
Underline the name of the presenting author
- Affiliation(s) - Department/program, institution, physical location
- Body - 400 words, max
Save the abstract as a Microsoft Word document. Include the last name
of the presenter in the file name (example: Clark.abstract.docx).
Send your abstract (as an attachment) to email@example.com. Include the presenter's last name in the email subject line! In the body of the email, indicate if you would like to be considered to give a short talk!
