PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION
Speakers for talks will be selected from submitted abstracts.
Abstracts must be received by Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Selected speakers will be
notified on or before April 15, 2020.

Please use the following guidelines while preparing your abstract:
1. Less than or equal to 400 words.
2. Times 12 point font.
3. One inch margins on all sides.
4. Be certain to include the following information:
- Author(s) -
Underline the name of the presenting author
preference - poster, short talk, either (this information will be removed before assembling the abstract book)
Save the abstract as a Microsoft Word document. Include the last name
of the presenter in the file name (example: Clark.abstract.doc).
Send your abstract (as an attachment) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the presenter's last name in the email subject line!
