Peter R. Moody, Jr. is Professor of Political Science at The University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana. Moody specializes in Chinese politics. He is editor of China Documents Annual and former book review editor of the Reveiw of Politics.

The Political Science Department at The University of Notre Dame has more than 40 faculty members, over 600 majors, and a strong and active graduate program, the Department of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame is committed to excellence in both teaching and research, and provides undergraduates and graduate students an education in four broad areas: American Politics, Comparative Politics, International Relations and Political Theory.
The Review of Politics at The University of Notre Dame publishes primarily articles on political theory. They also publish historical and interpretive studies of public law, comparative politics, international relations and public policy. The Review publishes reviews of current scholarly books on political issues, broadly understood: works taking philosophical, historical, or empirical approaches, as well as books on public affairs.
The Center for Asian Studies at Notre Dame is committed to promoting the study of Asia by faculty and students. Currently comprised of over forty faculty and staff members from fourteen offices or departments, the Center is continuing to grow each year.
Journal of Chinese Political Science (JCPS) is a refereed academic journal that publishes theoretical, policy, and empirical research articles on Chinese politics across the whole spectrum of political science, with emphasis on Chinese domestic politics and foreign policy in comparative perspectives.
Model United Nations Club University of Notre Dame The purpose of this organization shall be to promote awareness of the wide variety of cultures throughout the world and how these cultures interact in the United Nations. Another purpose of this organization will be to attend a Model United Nations conference at least once a year.
