Equipment Information

Equipment available for conference presentations:

Overhead projector - in both rooms
VCR - in both rooms
Computer (Macintosh Quadra - Room 129, SUN - Room 131 and IBM PC)
Slide projector

Anyone who would like to use a computer or a slide projector for their presentation must email us. List the type of computer you will be using, so we can schedule the proper room for you.

A tutorial about using this equipment will be on October 24 at 9:00-10:00 a.m. in Room 129.

If you use the Macintosh Quadra, IBM PC Or SUN, your presentation must be ready by 5:00 p.m. October 23 (Wednesday) so that we can arrange to have your presentation files loaded on the hard drive prior to the conference.

On October 24 (Thursday) we will have the presentation rooms 129 and 131 reserved, and the presenters who will be using the computer can become familiar with it. This will also be the last time to make any software changes to your presentation. Make sure that you are very familiar with the particular presentation software package (e.g. Powerpoint, Persuasion, Hypercard, etc.) before the conference so that there will be no surprises.
