DynaWAVE runs on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows operating systems, and is available in the DynaWAVE download. The source code is included in the DynaWAVE download, along with example data to test DynaWAVE on. Installation instructions and usage instructions are in the README.txt file in the DynaWAVE download.

The suggested network size for DynaWAVE is dependent on available memory. DynaWAVE's memory requirement increases quadratically with respect to the number of nodes.

The DynaWAVE download takes up approximately 200MB of disk space, including example networks (of course, additional space will be required to store the resulting alignments between networks).
