Most of my research is in Model Theory, which is a branch of mathematical logic. In model theory, I study what is called stability theory, even though the name comes from stable structures, and I focus mainly on what are called simple theories, a proper superset of stable theories.
A preprint of a joint paper with Cameron Hill.
We offer a different proof of the fact that 1-based supersimple theories of finite rank have stable forking. Along the way we extend some other results concerning stable forking in general, and we have included a nice proof by Shami of the symmetry of stable forking in all simple theories.
