- Must schedule at least two weeks out.
Security Needs
- NDSP required for dances.
- Contact Lt. George Heeter at 574-631-8343 to arrange for security.

- Must cleanup immediately after event.
- Limited decorations.
- General Services would have to be contracted for tables, chairs, stage.
- Must consider whether adequate electrical access is available.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and staging requests.
