Biennial History of Astronomy Workshop - ND XIV June 19-22, 2019

Workshop Registration

Online workshop registration is now available. Please visit the Notre Dame Conference Center web site at https://notredame-web.ungerboeck.com/coe/coe_p1_all.aspx?oc=10&cc=ALLREG#JUNE2019 to register.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE is MAY 15, 2019. No refunds will be issued after May 15.

The registration fee schedule is:

$165 Full registration
$100 Grad Student Full Registration
$60 ND faculty/staff/student registration WITH banquet
$0 ND faculty/staff/student registration LECTURES ONLY w/o banquet

Registration fee includes refreshments, all meeting materials, and banquet on Saturday, June 22.

Campus Residence Hall Housing Information

Air-conditioned residence hall rooms are being held the nights of June 19, 20, 21, and 22.

Single rate is $75 per person/per night and double is $65 per person/per night. Each of the guests in the double need to purchase. Please provide your roommate’s name so we can pair up accordingly.

Blankets, sheets and towels are provided during your stay. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men’s and women’s facilities on each floor.

There is no provision for more than two persons per room. There are no adjoining rooms.

No minors are allowed to stay in residence hall rooms.
