Biennial History of Astronomy Workshop - ND XVI June 11-14, 2025

Workshop Registration

REGISTRATION DEADLINE is May 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM. Also, please note no refunds after this date.

The registration fee schedule is:

$180 General Event Registration
$100 Graduate Student Registration
$80 Notre Dame faculty, staff, student rate (including Adler trip and Saturday banquet)
Free Notre Dame faculty, staff, student rate (no Adler trip, no banquet)

Registration fees include a registration packet, refreshments throughout the workshop, a Thursday evening reception, bus ride to and from the Adler Planetarium, lunch at the Adler, and a Saturday evening banquet at Notre Dame.

Lodging for the workshop is available in Campus Residence Hall Housing (details below), or through your own arrangement in local hotels (a link to hotel information is available on the Registration site page).

Campus Residence Hall Housing Information for 2025

Air-conditioned residence hall rooms are available for the nights of June 11, June 12, June 13, and June 14 (stays for the workshop from June 11 through June 15).

Single rate is $85 per person/per night and double is $65 per person/per night (or $130 total). Each of the guests in a double needs to purchase; please provide your double's roommate’s name so we can pair up accordingly.

Reservation for campus residence hall housing made during online registration process with payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)

Blankets, sheets and towels are provided during your stay. Lavatories and showers are shared in common with separate men’s and women’s facilities on each floor.

There is no provision for more than two persons per room. There are no adjoining rooms.

No minors are allowed to stay in residence hall rooms.
