Technology

Our commitment is to utilize technology to empower our people and provide us with cost effective solutions to your needs. Towards that goal, Sibley utilizes state of the art engineering equipment using Solid-Works as our CAD software and Gibbs for the CAM software.

Quality

Quality checks are done at the machine and periodically during production on a Bendix Cordax Measuring Machine ‘803’ with an Accuracy of .00028.

We are in the process of acquiring a black belt in Six Sigma.

Sibley practices lean manufacturing techniques to improve the efficiency of the machining and scheduling operations

Customer Service

We strive to meet our customers’ requirements with both Sibley and our customers maintaining a minimum amount of inventory.

It is Sibley management’s desire to form a long term partnership and lasting relationship with our customers. Our 3 largest customers have been with Sibley since 1930, 1970 and 1978.

Community Activity

Sibley is a member of the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA).

Ann Voll serves on the board of directors of the local NTMA chapter.

Sibley has members on the advisory committee for IVY Tech vocational college helping develop a curriculum to address the skills shortage locally.
