Athletics
As a service to the student body, the SBA hosts several Law School sports leagues. Each year the SBA President appoints an Athletics Commissioner who organizes and runs the leagues in conjunction with RecSports, the University intramural athletics office. Students assemble their teams and register for the leagues with the Athletic Commissioner, Adam Russ. Everyone is welcome to join, and the teams run the gamut from highly-competitive to just-having-fun.
In addition, the SBA hosts several athletic events during the school year. In the fall, the SBA, through its Social Service Chairman, hosts a golf scramble with proceeds going to charity. Similarly, the Social Service Chairman coordinates the Annual Dean Link Classic, a three-on-three basketball tournament held in the Spring.
The SBA sponsors leagues, including the following:
* Law League Football (Fall)
* Law League Basketball (Spring)
* Law League Bowling (January)
In addition, the SJF hosts the annual Golf Scramble and GameWatch.
