Here are the results from the survey that appeared in the August 1996 PAM Bulletin. Twenty-six (26) people responded to the survey which is 13% of the membership.
The results of this survey suggest that it would be worthwhile for the Bulletin Editors and SLA to figure out how to segregrate the mailing list between those that want the Bulletin and those that want the Bulletin Online. Such an endeavour, if successful, would save the Division $150 to $200 per issue. There is no intention to stop producing the print form of the Bulletin. Both the web and print forms of the Bulletin will continue. The print will be the archival method.
