• Unavailable when Mass held on Friday nights but later events are still possible.

Security Needs

• NDSP required.
• Contact Captain George Heeter at 1-5555 to arrange for security.

Other Notes

• Must cleanup immediately after event.
• Some decorations would be possible; however, no wall hangings.
• There may be restrictions, depending on power and staging requests.
• No dance floor, room is fully carpeted.
• Tables may not leave the room.
