Availability
- Available from 10 pm to 2 am.
- Requires advanced notice.
- Will not confirm space more than 2 months in advance,
but checking for availability can be done anytime.
Security Needs
- Must have 3 security personnel.
- Additional security needs may be required by Risk
Management.
Other Notes
- Setup and tear down would be determined by other
scheduled events.
- Decorations are allowed.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
- Rector or Dance Commissioners must meet with McKenna
personnel.
Cost
- $200 service fee and $500 security deposit.
- Additional costs for student and custodial labor.
- Costs may be incurred from Catering and General
Services.
