Availability
- Outdoor venue which requires usage of a tent.
- This field is used for Parking. There might be
a conflict with University events.
- Require 2 weeks advance notice.
Security Needs
- NDSP required.
- Contact Mr. George Heeter at 574-631-5555 to arrange for
security.
Other Notes
- Must cleanup immediately after event.
- Limited decorations.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests. If using a tent, must determine where utility
lines are.
- No heavy vehicles.
- Meeting with Rector 2 weeks before event required.
- May need to arrange for electricity.
- Would need to rent
portable toliets.
Cost
- No cost to use field.
- Costs may be incurred from Catering and General
Services.
