Availability
- Outdoor venue (tent).
- Availability is limited.
- Not available between 10 pm and 8 am because of
hotel guests.
Security Needs
- Must have security.
- Security needs would be determined by Risk Management.
Other Notes
- Setup and tear down would depend upon other booked
events. Tear down is usually the next morning.
- Decorations allowed.
- Meeting with Rector at the time of booking.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
- Contract must be signed and contact person named.
Cost
- $2-$4 per person.
- No security deposit required.
- Additional costs may be incurred from Catering
and General Services.
