Security Needs
- NDSP required.
- Contact Mr. George Heeter at 574-631-5555to arrange for
security.
Other Notes
- Must cleanup immediately after event.
- Limited decorations and no tape is allowed on the
walls.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
- Requires a NDFS Facility
Use Agreement.
Cost
- No cost for venue, but costs may be incurred from
Catering and General Services. CBD cost is $40/hour for a supervisor
and one staff member.
Contact for Clubs and Halls Dances reservations only. All others, please contact venue manager.
