Availability
- Outdoor venue which requires usage of a tent. Please
note that the size and weight of tent requires that stakes are
driven in the ground.
- Require 2 weeks advance notice.
Security Needs
- NDSP required.
- Contact Mr. George Heeter at 574-631-5555 to arrange for
security.
Other Notes
- General Services would have to be contracted for
tables, chairs, stage.
- Must consider whether adequate electrical access
is available.
- Must cleanup immediately after event.
- Limited decorations.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
- Contract must be signed and contact person named.
- There are no restrooms
available, unless Stepan Center is reserved as a rain location.
Cost
- Costs may be incurred from Catering and General
Services.
