Availability
- After 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday.
- Require advance notice.
Security Needs
- Security is not needed.
- Must hire one Catering supervisor ($20 per hour)
and one staff ($10 per hour)
Other Notes
- Setup after 7:30 pm. Must cleanup immediately after
event.
- Decorations allowed.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
- No restrictions on DJ/band.
Cost
- No cost for facility if Catering is doing food/beverage,
otherwise $35.
- Room arrangement fee if want tables moved can go
up to $400.
- $300 refundable security deposit.
- Additional costs may be incurred from Catering
and General Services.
