• After 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday.
• Require advance notice.

Security Needs

• Security is not needed.
• Must hire one Catering supervisor ($20 per hour) and one staff ($10 per hour)

Other Notes

• Setup after 7:30 pm. Must cleanup immediately after event.
• Decorations allowed.
• There may be restrictions, depending on power and staging requests.
• No restrictions on DJ/band.

Cost

• No cost for facility if Catering is doing food/beverage, otherwise $35.
• Room arrangement fee if want tables moved can go up to $400.
• $300 refundable security deposit.
• Additional costs may be incurred from Catering and General Services.
