- Availability depends somewhat on the time of year.
Winter months are generally better.
Security Needs
- No security needed.
- Other security needs would be determined by Warren Golf Course Manager..
Other Notes
- Setup varies depending upon other scheduled events.
Must cleanup immediately after event (by 5:30 am).
- Some restrictions on decorations, can be discussed
before event.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
- Tables may be moved, but not removed.
- Meeting with Rector required 2 weeks before event.
- Best suited for small dances.
- Catering is required to serve this event.
Cost
- $250, no security deposit required.
- Additional costs may be incurred from Catering
and General Services.
