Availability
- Outdoor venue. A tent is required to be used with
this venue.
- Must schedule atleast two weeks out.
Security Needs
- NDSP required.
- Contact Mr. George Heeter at 574-631-5555 to arrange for
security
Other Notes
- Must cleanup immediately after event.
- Limited decorations.
- General Services would have to be contracted for
tables, chairs, stage.
- Must consider whether adequate electrical access
is available.
- There may be restrictions, depending on power and
staging requests.
Cost
- Costs may be incurred from Catering and General
Services.
