Kogge, the Ted H. McCourtney Professor of Computer Science and
Engineering and associate dean of research in the College of Engineering,
chair of the Panel on Digitization and Communications Science for the Army
Research Laboratory (ARL) Technical Assessment Board. The mission of the
panel is to assess the scientific and technical quality of the ARL’s
research and development in this area.
A fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics
Engineers (IEEE) and an IBM fellow, Kogge has written two books on computer
